At T&C Surf Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
